A very fine establishment, worthy of a classic Parisian brasserie. Fresh, well-prepared dishes on a fairly varied menu. A very wide selection of rum and whisky. Efficient and polite service. The price is a little high for the quality.

A wonderful family experience. The food was excellent, the setting very pleasant and steeped in history. The service was attentive, with a steak tartare prepared to order right before our eyes. Thank you for the birthday candle; we'll cherish the memory.

This establishment deserves attention. Better yet, a seat at its table...
And the pitch begins by highlighting its "Maître Restaurateur" status, a commitment to serving only homemade products, which is precisely what I'm looking for above all else.
Beyond that, the setting boasts an admirably original contemporary style, while the dishes are decidedly bistronomic.
So when my taste buds savored the quenelle, they tingled. And that's a very good sign...
And since one doesn't go to L'Escargot to deprive oneself, my dessert choice fell on the delicious rhubarb and its accompaniments.
If you add to that the attentive welcome and skillfully followed service, and you honestly assess the service as a whole, the only acceptable conclusion would be that, from my point of view, this is an honorable value for money.
