L'esperance sur Bandol

19/03/2026: Fantastic experience at the gourmet restaurant in Bandol! We were staying at the hotel and decided to try this restaurant, and we weren't disappointed! The €90 menu was a real discovery: each dish was expertly crafted with excellent flavors and truly successful combinations! The service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive, which was very much appreciated. A wonderful experience for a first menu at this price; I highly recommend it!

17/03/2026: March 16, 2026 A very prestigious Michelin star for Chef Martin Feragus. My warmest congratulations to this excellent chef at the helm of Les Oliviers, whose star continues to shine brightly, to the great satisfaction of his clientele. March 2023 A few weeks ago, for my birthday, my partner surprised me by booking a table at your wonderful restaurant. It was a series of delightful surprises in a splendid setting, both inside and out. The welcome and service were impeccable. And let's not even mention the meal, which was divine. No excessive pretension, but often simple and classic dishes revisited by an artist who loves his craft. Until now, I had no idea that such a chef, and especially such inventive cuisine, did honor to our region and to gastronomy, could be found in this sunny village. Seeing this Michelin star gave me all my answers...on to the second one!
