Simply EXCEPTIONAL (from the taste to the service, including the price, generous and original). I won't describe the dishes we tasted so as to leave you with a surprise: go for it, you won't be disappointed! We'll be back (on our next trip to Bordeaux...because it's worth the detour). The Esquirey was a real treat. Don't change a thing.

It's a simple, authentic establishment, with extra fresh produce. We had a blast. However, you must make a reservation because places fill up quickly!!! I highly recommend it.

14/02/2026: The service: attentive waitresses, one particularly cheerful. 3 stars because, although they were running around, there were occasional waits. The food was very good, and the presentation was excellent. We had a Valentine's Day meal. Remember to book!
12/01/2026: Everything was perfect for December 31st. The welcome, the service, the quality of the meals (very generous portions!)... We had a wonderful time and we wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.
