A very pleasant surprise in terms of taste, a calm and friendly atmosphere, and excellent staff who provided explanations about the dishes presented.

Judging by the price point of over €100 per person, I don't think it's worth it. We ordered the five-course no-menu set menu. The first two biscuits served were of vastly different thicknesses (there was no consistency between the two of us). The first appetizer tasted like a lot of panais, almost like banana chips. The next appetizer felt like soft foam and wasn't particularly tasty. At this point, we even wondered if there had been a communication error and the chef had mistakenly thought we were vegetarian? I didn't like the lack of chewiness in the black bread. The fish in the main course was okay, but it felt a bit too raw. The pork dish had decent meat quality, but the side dishes were somewhat bitter, and the sauce was a bit too salty. The dessert was visually terrible; just covering it with a large piece of chocolate was one thing, but another. Overall, I didn't experience the consistency, harmonious flavors, individuality, or value for money expected of a Michelin one-star restaurant.

What a delightful experience at L’Esquisse! The dishes were remarkably well-prepared; it was a true delight from beginning to end. We were welcomed by Magali, who was exceptionally kind and gentle. Her wine recommendations were particularly insightful and much appreciated, adding a lovely touch to the entire meal. A restaurant we highly recommend!

Excellent restaurant! Our first experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant, we opted for the 10-course tasting menu. The dishes were original, flavorful, and surprising—a pure delight! The staff was incredibly attentive. We had a wonderful evening.
