Great experience for the Saint Andrew's Fair. Special pork menu.

A big thank you to all the Esquisse staff for this incredible moment. The welcome and service are impeccable. We took a 5 course menu. Everything was excellent, refined, delicious. We really enjoyed tasting the chef's surprise, it was amazing! The sketch is a very nice address, you will not be disappointed.

excellent service, truly superb staff, cozy and very pleasant setting. Good food but I don't know something was missing for me to be completely seduced. on the other hand, the processed cheese, the chef's signature dish, left an impression on my palate!

A real star-studded gem in Annecy! A very nice rediscovery! Well done, Chef for treating us this afternoon! The candied trout and celeriac is a real success, the cooking of the squab and the heart of sweetbreads, perfect! By the way, thank you M.BOCQUET for the exceptional quality of your meats, in the middle of all this the Chef's signature dish is excellent. The rest was just as much. With, as a bonus, perfect service, professional while being relaxed. We left with three good addresses in the Camargue! Thank you, Chef, and thank you to your entire team.

A very pleasant experience with exquisite food and wine. The service was excellent and precise. We would love to come back.

I was particularly afraid of staying hungry, but quite the contrary. The meal was a real treat for the eyes and taste buds…; all accompanied by an excellent wine. No complaints about the food. On the other hand, a cold welcome behind the bar. Limit what are you doing there? young people... who really don't have a sense of business, and that's very unfortunate for a gourmet restaurant. Personally, I will not accept that my employees are so unwelcoming regardless of the quality of the restaurant... As they say, a smile costs nothing and absolutely no one behind the bar said hello to us or smiled...! So already a big downside. Also, for my part, I find it a shame that this restaurant is in a small street and not in the old neighborhoods, and, above all, that there is no terrace... The room is ordinary for my taste. Fortunately the owner was able to “arrange” the atmosphere, despite spending twice as much time with the table next door as with ours…. We won’t blame him 😉

Menu dejeuner du mardi au vendredi 55€ / entree plat dessert / forfait eau filtrée 6€/personne / vin au verre 10€/ café 4€ Rapport qualité prix correct! Mise en bouche : une petite tuile / un morceau de poisson mariné / une duxelle de champignons : bons Entrée : sorte de ratatouille revisitée avec granité de basilic : bonne Plats : lieu grillé cuit nacré parfait avec epinards aïl des ours et petite sauce verte ou veau à la cuisson parfaite , très tendre avec ses haricots sous différentes formes et sauce au lait d’amandes : très bons Dessert: abricots , tuile de polenta , sorbet abricot et … bcp trop de safran ( on ne goûtait pas du tout l’abricot dans ce sorbet) Café et mignardises : caramel framboise , tartelette cassis réglisse , bouchée citron Ne mérite pas les critiques acerbes …
