L'estaminet des Bords de L'ill sur Erstein

When we arrived at the hotel it was 9:30 p.m. There was no one at reception to welcome us and explain where our rooms were. The keys were left on the counter without explanation; we had to search for our rooms in the corridors. I find it a little disrespectful to the customers that there is no one at reception. Very unfortunate because the place is beautiful the rooms are a little small but enough to sleep in but I would not recommend this place due to lack of staff at reception.

2nd professional trip to this hotel, no particular problem. Quiet, good comfort of beds, choice of breakfast and good position.

Friendly hotel on the edge of the Alsatian town of Erstein on the banks of the Ill with a shy cat. Quiet location. Very good dinner in the restaurant diagonally opposite.

Hôtel ok pour quelques nuits. Pas du grand luxe mais c’est propre. Pas beaucoup de choix au petit dej mais c’est ok

Nous avons mangé un soir au restaurant mais nous n'avons pas logé là-bas. Rien à dire sur le repas, les assiettes étaient belles et bonnes. Service un peu plus moyen. Le serveur a l'air pressé. Il ramène un jus de pommes au lieu du jus d'orange commandé et le burger demandé sans salade arrive avec. Rien de bien grave, peut-être le double effet fin de saison... Nos voisins de table étaient allemands et ont dû utiliser leur téléphone pour traduire la carte. Dommage pour un restau à la frontière.
