A real pleasure!! A lovely discovery during our stay in Tours. The staff were very pleasant, smiling, and welcomed with genuine pleasure. The meal was varied and excellent. Thank you for the thoughtful touch during the aperitif. Go for it!

We finished our meal and… Wow! A piece of beef cooked to a tenderness fit for a princess, and the starter: a perfect egg with snails that was worthy of a Michelin star! Bravo, a wonderful discovery, I think we might even indulge in a profiterole…

We received a very warm welcome at this restaurant.
We were passing through Tours without a reservation.
The service was excellent, and lunch went perfectly. The main course and desserts were delicious.
We ordered:
- Main course: Duo of seared prawns and scallops, risotto with pea espuma and pesto rosso.
- Dessert: Peach soup with basil, fresh strawberries, and lemon ice cream.
We highly recommend this restaurant.

The main course was very good, and the dessert was light and original. The olive oil could have used a little more spice. The staff was pleasant. The service was a bit too fast. The price was a little too high.

Excellent restaurant. The beuchelle is worth the trip, especially since it's cooked in a pastry crust, which isn't the case elsewhere. High-quality cuisine from appetizer to dessert.

During our stay in Tours, we dined at L'Étable. The restaurant has a large dining room decorated with antique objects reminiscent of rural life.
We appreciated the two small jars of spreads brought to us upon arrival.
The menu offers both meat and seafood dishes. That evening, we chose the veal kidneys along with a duo of prawns and scallops. We also enjoyed the selection of regional wines, both red and white.
The dining room and terrace were quite full when we visited, but the service was brisk and efficient.
Judging by the crowd that evening, this restaurant seems to be quite popular in Tours.

I like to take a step back before giving an opinion, but in this case, I should have done it sooner. We came as a group of nine on a Sunday at lunchtime, and the welcome was very friendly. We felt like we were at home without having to cook. The dishes kept coming, and there wasn't a single mistake in either the cooking or the presentation. The service was perfect. In short, we'll be back. Thank you for this lovely time!
