No complaints about the service; they were professional. As for the food, we have to admit we were disappointed. The dishes advertised sounded genuinely interesting, but the result was very mixed. In short, we were left wanting more, not in terms of quantity, but in terms of the quality of the execution and the perceived quality of the ingredients. Not exactly thrilling. Sorry.

Fantastic experience at L'Étable! The staff were very friendly and the value for money was excellent. The portions were perfect and beautifully presented. The flavor combinations were superb. This restaurant is now one of my favorites in Tours.

A fantastic experience! The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented, made with high-quality ingredients. I wish I could have tried everything on the menu 😋 The service was perfect and very pleasant. I highly recommend it; we'll definitely be back!

What a discovery. Every dish was a fantastic creation with local ingredients. The two women serving the customers were very friendly, even though one colleague was absent and the restaurant was packed. Highly recommended.

A real pleasure!! A lovely discovery during our stay in Tours. The staff were very pleasant, smiling, and welcomed with genuine pleasure. The meal was varied and excellent. Thank you for the thoughtful touch during the aperitif. Go for it!
