We were very pleasantly surprised during our visit. The first time, we had coffees and ice cream sundaes. The second time, we were served excellent milkshakes! The staff was very pleasant and friendly! Next time, we'll stay for a meal! See you soon! We recommend it 100%!

I came with my partner this evening for mussels and fries at 7:30 pm. The waitress told me they were out. About half an hour later, she arrived with two plates of mussels and fries 😕 Otherwise, the food was excellent as usual, and the waiter was very professional 😉 See you soon!

L'Éphémère

23/09/2026: Good value for money (limited quantity likely due to the attractive price), fresh and high-quality products. The service was quite slow for lunchtime (even though I was asked if I had a time constraint), 1 hour 30 minutes for a main course and dessert, but the restaurant was full (and therefore quite noisy as well). No complaints about the service itself.
23/09/2026: Excellent first experience at Entrepotes (not L'Éphémère, which is no longer open). Great value for money and perfect service, well done! We'll be back.

04/08/2026: This is my second time stopping at the Au Canons d’Or restaurant in Hazebrouck, and once again I'm not disappointed! The service is quick, the food is delicious, and the welcome is always warm. The owner and servers are pleasant, smiling, and attentive, which contributes to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. A great place that I will gladly return to every time I'm in Hazebrouck. I highly recommend it!
