L'ETNA sur Pau

Delicious food and efficient service; we got our order very quickly. Dominika really enjoyed the spaghetti carbonara and there was plenty of it. Martyna said the tagliatelle alla carbonara wasn't watery and had the perfect consistency. Szymon found it very good (Pizza Montagna). Krzysiek said the Pizza Solegiatta has a very interesting selection of ingredients and good quality cheeses. The Pizza Pirenis I ordered was good. Other than that, the restaurant is nice, decorated with interesting posters. Be careful with the hot olive oil, as it's quite spicy. Overall, a good restaurant.

A very good experience with the Etna menu; it's a shame the dishes weren't served with a homemade sauce and there was a bit too much salad in the starters. The menu could be slightly less expensive. The atmosphere and service were very pleasant.

We needed to find a place for dinner, and after looking at other options, we ended up at this pizzeria in the center of Pau, very close to the castle, hoping there would be a small table available. From the outside, it looked like a pleasant place, with the aroma of freshly baked pizza wafting in, inviting us to come in. The atmosphere was informal and comfortable, ideal for a quick meal or for sharing a dinner with friends or family. We ordered pizza and a salad, which, while nothing special, served our purpose. They offered us the menu in Spanish, which is always appreciated.

A nice pizzeria. The staff is very friendly, the service is fast, and the price is good. The decor is nice. I've eaten there several times and have never been disappointed. 👍

Open on Mondays, which is a plus. Decent pizzas, thin crust.

Good Italian food at a good price

A warm, friendly, and welcoming reception. The pizzas are amazing, and the service is fast. We arrived without a reservation and were seated immediately. Exceptional prices for a restaurant in the city center. Perhaps a minor drawback is the restrooms, which could use some hot water and heating in winter. But for eating (the restaurant's main purpose), I recommend it and will definitely return.

I had dinner with my dad during a business trip: it was one of the very few restaurants open on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was formal and welcoming, with nice decor. The menu offers various Italian dishes, including the pizza we ordered: an "atomica" and a "bianca," which aren't typical Italian pizzas, as they have a thin, light crust. However, they were edible thanks to the good ingredients and proper cooking. The service was fast. To accompany our meals, we drank two good lager beers, as the tap water was very bad, so WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USE STILL WATER. With two pizzas, two beers, and a still water, we spent €39: in my opinion, fair prices for the quality of the food. We recommend it for those who want to dine out, with friends, without too many expectations, but NOT for those who want to eat authentic Italian cuisine, since despite the restaurant having an Italian name, there are no Italians there, and the dishes are not authentically represented.
