Excellent, they offer great food, and the bartender and waitress are lovely (5/5): here for the Section Paloise vs. Racing 92 match.

L'ETNA

24/09/2026: A lovely pizzeria just steps from Pau Castle, in a pedestrian zone. Attentive and quick service. You can eat inside or on the terrace. Good value for money. I recommend it.

20/09/2026: The timing of each course was good. I don't speak much French and I was with my family, but there were no problems. One guy approached us in English and the other spoke Spanish, so the time was very pleasant. I'll be back. Italian food in France! 😂

23/07/2026: Exceptional pizzas!!! The best in Pau. Friendly couple. It's a real shame the Google opening hours are wrong... I've gone three times during opening hours and found the door closed :/

15/07/2026: My favorite pizzeria, both for the pizza and the service! 🤩😘
