February 6, 2026: A wonderful surprise! The rooms are magnificent and peaceful, the location is timeless, and having dined at the Auberge, I 100% recommend it—a true delight with generous portions! The service was very pleasant, with the waitresses' lovely smiles and the owner's friendliness! We will return with great pleasure.

We went for lunch on January 3, 2026.
What can I say about the welcome except that it was fantastic!
The staff was incredibly pleasant.
The rustic decor was exceptional, with two fireplaces that added a touch of charm.
As for the menu, we were pleasantly surprised by the lobster bisque omelet with morels; it was a delight for the taste buds, not to mention the amuse-bouches, the tapioca pearl soup, and the dessert! 😋 A truly memorable and highly recommended spot.

This experience pertains solely to the restaurant. All the dishes served were excellent. The parsnip velouté as a starter was delightful, followed by quince paste and meringues to accompany the coffee. Beautiful, traditional cuisine. Impeccable service with smiling and professional staff. The charming little headdresses enhance the authenticity of this exceptional, history-laden establishment.

The Hostellerie de Pérouges offers a charming setting in the heart of the medieval village. The food is delicious and the service is particularly outstanding.
The kindness of the owners, as well as that of the staff, adds an extra touch that will make us eager to return to this excellent restaurant.
