A very welcoming little bar opposite the Sartène town square. A special mention for the rainbow cocktails by little François.

24/05/2026: An authentic Corsican establishment. A fantastic welcome. An amazing restaurant. A very local sheepfold with a lovely little private pool (thank you for setting the heat pump to 30 degrees for us 😉). We'll be back.
20/05/2026: Excellent time spent together. Wood-fired barbecue cooked to perfection. Welcoming and friendly staff.
