Restaurant du Cours sur Sartene

The restaurant has a very pleasant setting; however, the servers weren't particularly attentive, and the food, while good, was nothing special. I ordered the tuna steak, which was slightly overcooked and therefore a bit dry. My partner's Corsican burger was also a bit dry, lacking sauce, and served with frozen fries—a shame.

The restaurant is nice, the setting is very pleasant with its shaded terrace… The food is good, plentiful, and tasty… the service is not very coordinated, the wait is very long, which is a shame because there are 3 servers, but only 1 is organized… I know it's not easy to find competent staff… We will come back and we still recommend it

Good restaurant. We had a charcuterie board which was good. The gourmet coffee was extremely good! The location is superb.

We went there on a sunny evening and we're welcomed by a very kind waiter. It's one of the more peaceful terassess to sit in Sartene and it's clean. We ordered 3 dishes. Whilst mine and my husbands dish were fine, our son's dish was not. He had ordered a burger and his plate actually looked totally delishous. But after a while, he complained it did not taste so good. When we checked the burger it was black burned at both sides. Because of the vegetables/sauce/bread it was hard to see. He had already eaten it for a big part as he was really hungry... I was disappointed because I believe they anticipated us not seeing in the kitchen. Not only does the burger cost a lot but what he ate was really unhealthy... I told the younger waither and he asked how we wanted it cooked not really admitting the issue...

Great place for lunch! We did not expect this quality of ingredients (salads and burger meat). Nice service speaking multi languages. Fully recommended:)

On a Thursday evening of late-night shopping, we enjoyed the lovely terrace before the massive tourist arrival. Good food, quick and pleasant service.

Nice terrace. However, for €20 we expect decent salads, not just a few slices of tomato and a burrata that's actually mozzarella. Very pleasant waiters and quick service.

If you go on the lively Wednesday, I would recommend making a reservation. Delicious food; order a drink from the friendly and hard-working staff. They know what's on the menu. Gluten-free, lactose-free.

Good restaurant in Sarthe. We initially ordered an aperitif, two beers, and two main courses. Unfortunately, the aperitifs arrived after the main courses because we had to ask the waitress again, as she was busy chatting. The main courses were decent for a bistro, perhaps a bit too much mint in the cannelloni. Otherwise, the music and terrace were pleasant. I still recommend it despite these minor drawbacks.
