Very warm welcome and excellent food. The lamb shank was superb, the meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the beef skewer was superb.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal; it was delicious! The young waitress was very professional and incredibly kind. I highly recommend this place for its excellent flavors and very affordable prices.

Very good restaurant, very typical. The interior is rather small but there's a large terrace. Special mention goes to the lamb shank, which is excellent.

Absolutely fantastic! We had a wonderful time. The daily special was enormous. The lamb shank was succulent. The callelloni were divine. The veal with penne was delicious! A warm welcome, the staff were incredibly attentive! Highly recommended... Sartène is a truly wonderful place to be!

24/05/2026: An authentic Corsican establishment. A fantastic welcome. An amazing restaurant. A very local sheepfold with a lovely little private pool (thank you for setting the heat pump to 30 degrees for us 😉). We'll be back.
