3rd experience of the imagination. 1st in the new framework. Still just as good. We had the Valentine's Day menu. Very good. Great discoveries, especially morels with chlorophyll! Surprising and refreshing. And the welcome is always great, the team takes great care and always with a smile. We will come back with pleasure. THANKS

There were four of us at L'Imaginaire and we all had the Valentine's Day menu. Amuse bouche was a highlight, corn in 4 variations. As a starter, layered foie gras and scallops, with mango and passion fruit puree. No surprise in terms of taste; good product quality. Then skrei with a parmesan crust and mille feuille made from truffle and celery layers. Good craftsmanship, but unfortunately not wow in terms of taste. The Charolais beef was fine, as was the sauce, with pumpkin mousse and kale. Dessert was delicious. Wine accompaniment so-so. Overall, it was very nice French cuisine - but we missed the taste sophistication in almost every course. The price was still justified because the dishes were complex to prepare and present and the product quality was good. The service was very good.
