We were passing through Caen yesterday at lunchtime, we had lunch there and discovered some very tasty homemade dishes. A very pleasant break.

The restaurant offers a short but very well-crafted menu, presented as set menus with highly elaborate dishes. The ingredients are carefully selected. Special mention goes to the slow-cooked egg with celery mousseline and foie gras. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service is impeccable and warm. I highly recommend it!
