We had dinner in this beautiful establishment, congratulations to the chef and his team...everything was perfect: exquisite dishes and deliciously seasoned flavors, impeccable and warm welcome, in short, a very beautiful culinary moment shared with my wife...thank you!

With each visit to L’Impulsif, I notice a genuine evolution. The amuse-bouches become more surprising, and the cuisine is gradually asserting its identity. Serving the signature dish right from the start is a risky move: it immediately sets the bar very high, but the sake pairing perfectly complements this opening course. The lobster, delicately spiced, offers a beautiful balance. The monkfish then awakens the taste buds with plenty of character and a delightful boldness. The sweetbreads with plum are also very successful, even if they still lack that little something extra to fully evoke the expected emotion. The pairing of cheese and port is exceptional and constitutes one of the highlights of the meal. The dessert perfectly concludes the experience, extended with a touch of indulgence by a ratafia. L’Impulsif is a restaurant that progresses, experiments, and takes more risks with each visit. This evolution genuinely makes me want to return.

June 28, 2026. We came to L'Impulsif for our 35th wedding anniversary. A truly wonderful culinary experience, unlike anything we've ever had. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, the staff are smiling, very pleasant, and very attentive. The sommelier gave excellent recommendations. A divine culinary journey, an explosion of refined and unusual flavors. And what can we say about the presentation of each dish? They looked like paintings! Wonderful discoveries throughout the meal. And all the little touches, in homage to Rémi's grandmother, touched us deeply; we could feel the love he had for his grandmother in his creations. The small touch for our wedding anniversary (a little candle) was very touching. The Michelin star is richly deserved for Rémi and Noëlline. I wouldn't be surprised if a second star followed. Congratulations to you for all your hard work, which takes us on a journey. We left with indescribable pleasure. THANKS!!!!!

Excellent restaurant with impeccable service

This is my second time there, and this time it was for lunch. I was very disappointed by the service, with unfriendly waiters and poor quality food.

An absolutely magnificent place, where every detail has been carefully considered to offer a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a team of exceptionally warm, attentive, and highly professional servers. Their knowledge of wines and other beverages is remarkable: their explanations are clear, precise, and delivered with passion, allowing us to discover new flavors with complete confidence. The presentation of both the drinks and the dishes is simply superb, elegant, and refined. We opted for the eight-course tasting menu, which is definitely worth the trip. We paired it with a wine pairing and a glass of white wine, both excellent and perfectly selected to enhance each course. Each plate arrives at the table like a true work of art, immediately sparking curiosity and the desire to taste it. As for the cuisine, it is exceptional and full of surprises. Each dish is a discovery, both visually and in its combination of flavors. We were constantly amazed by the originality of the creations, the quality of the ingredients, and the masterful cooking techniques. The flavors were incredible, perfectly balanced, and rich in flavor, offering a true culinary journey from beginning to end. A remarkable dining experience that perfectly combines an enchanting setting, impeccable service, and inventive cuisine. An address I recommend without hesitation and where I will gladly return.
