A real treat, Corsican gastronomy with a cuisine that sublimates high quality farm products, great generosity on the plates, a warm welcome, a pleasant and efficient waitress... it's a pleasure from start to finish .. the house charcuterie is tasty, the veal with melting olives, the deliciously fragrant brocciu cannelloni, the light and tasty donuts, the chestnut fondant finishes off this delicious meal with careful presentation.. an unmissable address.

Extraordinary. A must-see hostel that I recommend to everyone. Well done Antoine and his team. I never get tired of it, my taste buds too and this hostel is part of my obligatory tour when I come to the island 👍

We were passing through on our motorbike when we discovered this small restaurant..the Menue Corse was a bit expensive at 38 euros, but there was so much that we only ordered for 1 person..the food was Beignets de Poireux, Assiette Charcuterie...Veaux aux Olives...Fromage with fig jam and as a dessert (of your choice) fruit salad...was simply authentic and wonderful. cooked...we would be happy to come back...

Merveilleuse auberge corse. Nichée dans les montagnes, l’auberge propose des spécialités corses. Les quantités sont tres généreuses et la qualité des produits est au rendez vous. L’équipe est très aimable. C’est une adresse a ne pas rater!

22/09/2024: It seems very unreal. to find such a gem in a half-abandoned mountain village: traditional French dishes are prepared here by hand using fresh products - all very simple, you could say. But everything is perfect: the doneness of the ice cream, the aroma of the salad dressing, the fresh bread, the crispy beignets... and all of this with friendly service and very fair prices. A real culinary highlight, the detour is worth it.

19/09/2024: Excellent cuisine, I recommend the fish soup. Everything is very plentiful. I couldn't even have dessert. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant owner answered all our questions regarding animal breeding. Thank you for serving us so well.
