Excellent experience. The doughnuts as a starter were delicious. Six doughnuts! 🤯 Followed by a completely homemade burger. Magnificent. And to finish, a small chocolate mousse 🍫🍫🍫.

The food is simply outstanding – fresh, regional products, authentically prepared and bursting with flavor. This is exactly what you imagine real Corsican cuisine to be! The superb service also deserves special mention: incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming. You feel at home from the very first moment. A restaurant with character, passion, and outstanding quality. For us, an absolute highlight and a must for anyone visiting the region and who loves Corsican cuisine. We will definitely be back! A very warm welcome; the staff are friendly and kind. They gave us excellent advice and shared their love of Corsica with us like no one else on the island. As for the food, everything is homemade and the portions are generous. Ghisoni is worth a visit for this place alone. Thank you!

06/08/2026: A true gem in the heart of the Corsican mountains! 😍 We had an absolutely exceptional time at Auberge A Vecchia Mina. The setting is simply magnificent, authentic, and peaceful; we just didn't want to leave. The welcome is just like the place itself: warm, genuine, and familial. The whole team is lovely, always smiling, and the owner deserves a special mention; his kindness and good humor made the experience even more enjoyable. And then… the food! 🤤 A festival of Corsican flavors. The migliaccioli are absolutely divine, the brocciu and mint omelet is simply incredible, and everything we tasted exuded quality, homemade quality, and a love for local products. It's the kind of place you dream of keeping secret… but it deserves to be known by everyone. If you're passing through Ghisoni, don't even hesitate: stop at Auberge A Vecchia Mina. You'll leave with a happy stomach, a full heart, and only one desire… to return! Thank you for this wonderful experience; we will be back with immense pleasure. ❤️

The must-try leek fritters and the excellent homemade charcuterie are a real treat for the taste buds. Everything is good and plentiful. We come with family and friends, and they love it.
