L'Irlandais sur Lille

I thought it was fantastic. The street is lined with bars and pubs anyway. We chose this one. Sitting outside, the beer tasted especially good watching some drunk Scotsmen two pubs down the road, yelling at passersby until the police arrived. They had a good selection of beers, reasonably priced by French standards, and inside, as you'd expect from a true Irish pub, it was incredibly cozy with loud folk music. Awesome. And unfortunately, it was hard to leave.

We had a blast at this bar, the atmosphere and music are fantastic! The people are lovely, unlike the bar next door 😅 I highly recommend it 😁

The owner is fantastic. Excellent place to unwind, have a drink, and dance. A must-visit.

We came to watch a football match, but the incredible atmosphere of this bar kept us there until closing time! Super friendly waiters, just like the owner, lots of beers, very reasonable prices. A great time spent at the Irish pub!

Excellent pub, very well located in Solférino. The Irish coffees are very good, and long live the Guinness! 😁

Decent place. Irish only in name/atmosphere, certainly not music or drinks. That said we did enjoy our time here. I was able to order in my mediocre French, enjoyed the beers they sold, got talking to a French couple and had a great time. The embroiled seats were very nice.

A place to unwind with friends if you love to dance and sing! Music we all know that makes you want to dance endlessly.

It's one of the first places I discovered in Lille, and it hasn't changed much. Perfect for having a beer, with a great atmosphere!
