A very nice bistro and a strumtious dinner.

Very interesting menu concept which scared me at first-4 appetizers?! But everything was delicious and unique. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy, my favorite. And the service was warm and friendly. The appetizers were leeks, a cheese dip with fresh dill (favorite), an oyster, a hard boiled egg with crab (phenomenal). The steak frites was perfect with the au poive sauce which I was nervous about since I tend to not like it usually. But this was rich, flavorful with a hint of sweet.

Great steak, very decent foie gras and delicious desserts! The service was really friendly and pleasant. Highly recommend!

A friend recommended this place for the steak frites, they were cooked to perfection. The restaurant is small and cosy with a lovely atmosphere.

Great traditional restaurant serving classic French dishes. Wonderful service, and great jazz and funk music at a reasonable volume level. Steak Au Poivre was divine.

Nothing bad to say about this place. They are known for the steak and frites and that’s understandable because they were gooooood. But! The appetizers were weird. You get all 4 options and share. Each dish had a very strong unique flavor that I wouldn’t want to try again. Looking around the restaurant seemed like it was maybe 50/50 for people who ate them and people who didn’t. It was a great French experience though! And I’m glad we went and tried everything.

good but not out of this world great. we did the preset menu and upgraded to share the ribeye. for the price, it didn't quite live up to what I had we had in mind, especially considering all of the great reviews. dessert was probably the best part.

Had dinner at LBrLV last week and absolutely loved the experience. Everything is top notch here, the food, service and ambiance. We did the prefix which included multiple appetizers and all of them were excellent. The oysters were amazing for something that is often very basic. The leeks with hazelnuts are dynamite, as are the deviled eggs. All 3 of us ordered the steak frites and it deserves its reputation. Cooked perfectly with a bucket of fries, this is an absolutely delicious main course. We ordered all 3 desserts, the caramel flan type dish, the sorbet which was sweet & savory and the chocolate mousse, and our only conclusion was that we were so happy we did, they were excellent. A few French wines by glass completed our meal that we thoroughly enjoyed. Lastly, I failed to mention the butter. The butter & bread early in the meal was outrageous. I cannot skip over how well executed something so simple was. I loved our meal here and will recommend it to every person who visits Paris.
