A beautiful and very pleasant place, bright even in the vaulted room located in a former cellar. Friendly welcome, quick, efficient, and discreet staff. The food was flavorful, very well seasoned, and the portions were just right.

Unprofessional service
For example: the server passed the plates around even though there was room to put them down.
We didn't get the ice cream we requested for the white wine, which wasn't cold enough.
The bread arrived when the dishes were practically finished.
We were tempted by the cod and plantain, but there were only two small pieces of plantain.
Sorry, you asked me, so I'm telling you this in order to help you improve!
We will definitely return for your
food, despite the service which could be greatly improved.

Passing through Besançon, we chose this restaurant somewhat by chance, and it was truly a wonderful discovery. The blend of flavors and the preparation of the dishes, as well as the kindness of the staff, made it a delightful find. We had a lovely evening and highly recommend L'Ô restaurant.

The cuisine here is fusion style, highlighting the ingredients and offering a blend of Thai flavors. As a Thai person, I find it delicious, and the service is excellent. There's a wide variety of dishes each month. I really like this place. The chef is also very friendly!

What an experience! From the appetizer to the main course, everything was perfectly executed. I especially loved the angel hair pasta with shrimp and the fish of the day, which was incredibly fresh. The chef does a remarkable job, and the service is top-notch. A Besançon gem not to be missed!
