Local dishes featuring charcuterie and cheese, along with a wide selection of homemade desserts.

A magical discovery.
We enjoyed the salads with sorbet or ice cream. Incredible! The pickle sorbet was a real treat. For dessert, we had the gourmet coffee with goat cheese ice cream… Wow…
Thank you for this wonderful experience.
As a bonus, we also tried the Supreme beer from the Gangloff brewery in Besançon. Definitely worth discovering.

Everything you'd expect from a restaurant: a warm welcome and friendly, efficient service (dogs are very welcome), a limited but sufficient menu, generous and authentic dishes that are also very good, and a noise level that allows for easy conversation. For a restaurant specializing in Besançon cuisine, this is the place to go!
