A truly wonderful discovery in Besançon!
The welcome was simply exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which immediately put you at ease.
As for the food, it was a real treat. I opted for a flavorful and perfectly executed Arbois-style gratin, accompanied by a Bethanie wine that paired wonderfully. For dessert, the lemon cream meringue was light, balanced, and bursting with freshness. And to finish, an original and fragrant fir liqueur, perfect for concluding the meal.
You can feel a real authenticity in both the food and the service. A place I highly recommend!

Discovering the ice creams:
Pickle and Beetroot in the dishes is absolutely fantastic 🥰.
Garlic and Herbs and Thyme 10/10 for digestion after a good meal 👍

A very, very good traditional restaurant with high-quality, local products. The food was excellent, the welcome and service were very warm, and even though the waitress was working alone, she managed the entire dining room and terrace perfectly. Very satisfied, I highly recommend it.

A very pleasant restaurant. The dishes look quite simple and unpretentious. But once you taste them, the flavor is incomparable. The ingredients are of excellent quality and very well prepared.
The gratin and crumble concept is original and evokes good traditional cuisine.
The desserts are also very tasty. Well done to the team!

The pizza dough was among the best I've ever eaten. The elasticity and softness were perfectly balanced. The fact that even the edges were eaten with gusto speaks volumes.
