A charming little restaurant with a terrace on a pedestrian street, welcoming staff, and quick service. But what we appreciated most was the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The recipes are simple and regional, which really showcases them. I highly recommend it.

A very charming restaurant in downtown Besançon. The staff were incredibly friendly and we had a wonderful meal. Typical crumble and Saucisse de Morteau, accompanied by a bottle of cider. Superb!

We ate here on the recommendation of our hotel because their restaurant was fully booked. And we were so grateful for the tip! The food was very good, the mixed sausage and cheese platter was fantastic for the price, the main courses (casseroles) were a house specialty, and the rosé they offered was inexpensive and very good. We were very happy in this down-to-earth restaurant in the best sense of the word!

02/09/2026: Excellent cuisine, meticulously prepared (impeccable cooking, seasoning, and presentation), inconsistent service (some servers more pleasant than others...), and a slightly noisy terrace due to nearby passing cars. I recommend this restaurant.
