I rarely order carbonnade in restaurants because I love my own recipe and am sometimes disappointed when I try it elsewhere. Given Monsieur Leplat's reputation, I decided to give it a go. And I think it's safe to say it's truly the best carbonnade in the world 😊 The balance of all the ingredients gives this carefully crafted recipe an exceptional character with a subtle interplay of flavors. I can't wait to go back!

In a world where everything moves so fast and we often eat on the go, it's truly refreshing to sit down, take our time, and savor the experience. Here, the food encourages you to slow down, to enjoy each dish, and to appreciate the quality of the ingredients. It's refined without being pretentious, generous, and above all, delicious. A big thank you also for the attention given to our little one. Everything was done to ensure he was comfortable and enjoyed the experience as well. We felt warmly welcomed. A real treat and a delightful break from the daily grind. We will gladly return.
