Lo Stivale sur Toulouse

Just before visiting the Augustins Museum, we had lunch in a quiet little restaurant, Lo Stivale. A small place where you're welcomed in the most pleasant way, simply, with a big smile. What will we be eating here today? Pizza? Not at all! Grandma's cooking, Grandma's cooking! Simple and refined. Pure bliss! I loved the ravioli served with truffle sauce. And the desserts? Mmm... My taste buds will remember them fondly.

Fantastic find! Delicious! My favorite was the prawn risotto. A wonderful menu of Italian specialties. Extremely friendly service. The restaurant is cozy and pleasant.

A truly delightful culinary experience in a warm and inviting setting, with impeccable service and a warm welcome. And the food… a real treat! I had the presence of mind to photograph the end of my meal with this dessert, a cantuccio, and the Limoncello. Absolutely delicious (thank you to the chef!). Everything is homemade, and you can taste the difference throughout. I envy those who will discover this place…

Very good restaurant. I ate Venetian calf's liver and it was delicious. Plus, I'm not a big fan of liver. There are choices of Italian wines. And the staff is so nice.

A top-notch Italian restaurant. The venue isn't very large, so reservations are recommended, but it gives the place a friendly atmosphere. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The dishes are a delight for the taste buds, as well as being homemade. If you're looking for a great evening and an excellent culinary experience, this is a must-visit in the Pink City. After that, you'll be hard-pressed to find an Italian restaurant that sets the bar this high.
