A very good restaurant in the center of Clermont. The food and service are excellent, with refined, traditional dishes that are hard to find these days.
I recommend the sweetbreads as a starter and the veal liver with parsley sauce as a main course. I thoroughly enjoyed both dishes. If you're looking for a pleasant experience, don't hesitate to dine in. The prices are in line with the overall quality of the service.
