It's extremely difficult to make a reservation: the landline number goes to a mobile number that records messages and never calls back. When you call the mobile number, you get a live speaker who takes your reservation. But once you arrive, there's no sign of your reservation! So we're seated at a table halfway between the sun and halfway between the shade, which is difficult these days. Then we wait a very long time for a waitress to come and take our order. As a customer for 12 years, I'm very disappointed this time. Clearly, the staff doesn't take the extra care of their customers.
