We had reserved a table for two people. We would therefore first like to note that the atmosphere of the restaurant is both welcoming and elegant, providing a perfect setting for a pleasant gastronomic experience. The service is impeccable and an important point in our feeling of this evening the staff is attentive and courteous which is always pleasant because it gives a warm setting which allows customers to relax. The dishes are refined and creative, highlighting quality products and subtle flavors. Some may criticize the delays between courses but I must admit that it also helps you enjoy the entire menu without having the feeling of having eaten too much, which can be unpleasant at the end of the meal. Overall, it's an excellent address and we won't hesitate to come back.

I was expecting a plan-to-plan kitchen and a bit heavy on the classics... mistake!! 🫒 Modern and crafted plates: seasoning, acidity, everything is fine: with perfect accuracy and mastery. 🥩 The fish and meats are of incredible quality, tenderness and cooking. 🍷The food and wine pairing offered us rather consensual, but excellent Burgundies. 🍰 Conclusion in style with a light, fresh and deliciously tangy strawberry dessert. 🍶The service is smiling and discreet. ... In short, a flawless, perfect dinner! ✨ It's not cheap, but it's worth it 👍

A dream meal. An elegant and distinguished service without ever being pedantic, a calm but joyful atmosphere, the know-how of Bernard Loiseau's heritage in refinement and conviviality. In addition to the dishes offered which are succulent, the wines offered are also succulent. Done at least once in your life. Many thanks!

Délicieux dans l’assiette et personnel agréable et efficace, mais l’ambiance est un peu froide, atmosphère et déco à l’ancienne… par ailleurs, l’addition nous a paru excessivement chère !

Delicious food! During lunch there is also the choice of a more affordable menu option. Very highly recommended!!

Very good cuisine in a magnificent setting.

We dined at the restaurant on August 17th, had Talmey menu without the meat option, so 1 course less than the “full” menu. Even though the execution was absolutely great, especially the langoustine, I felt like the menu itself was incomplete. My understanding is that whatever number of courses you are to pick, you’ll never walk away hungry, that wasn’t the case this time. Even though the fish was absolutely great it was missing some basic … let’s say garnish, some carbohydrates to balance it out. I think that’s just a basic math: 3 course menu really can’t be just 4 course menu minus 1, it has to be augmented. I had to ask for a cheese platter even though I didn’t really want it in the first place just to basically get enough food. I don’t think that’s how it should work but overall it was okay. The service was great though. P.S. I didn’t enjoy the bread too, but that’s a pure personal preference.

Tout est savoureux, très bien présenté. L'ensemble est efficace. Service un peu hésitant quant à l'explication des plats. Malgré tout un très bon moment.

Cadre chic et sobre. Menu 3 plats dont dont avons choisi l'œuf en meurette revisité et les escargots finement préparés. Excellent cabillaud. Desserts d'une grande finesse. Viré-Clessé d'un beau rapport plaisir/prix. Service impeccable et conseils précieux de la part de Jade. Ne passez pas à côté !

Un couple ami a gagné un repas pour quatre dans ce restaurant et nous a aimablement conviés. Si mon épouse et moi avons mangé dans tous les étoilés de la région et même au-delà, nous avons finalement renoncé à ce type de restaurants : plats trop compliqué, des constructions aux saveurs complexes, pas bien évidentes et qui déroutent. Où est le goût originel des produits? Evidemment, dans ces endroits l'accueil est là. Bémol quand même sur les quantités : pour des menus à 120€, c'était léger. Vins (blanc et rouge) corrects, sans plus.
