I tried Loiseau des Ducs a while ago (I forgot to leave a review), and it's a Michelin-starred restaurant that perfectly lives up to the high standards of fine dining as defined by the Michelin Guide.
The restaurant is nestled in the Hôtel de Talmay, a 16th-century building listed as a historical monument.
For me, it wasn't just a meal but a true sensory experience.
The service is impeccable, the pace is perfect, the flavors are refined, and the ingredients are of exceptional quality.
I think it's one of the best first restaurants to discover in Burgundy. The prices are naturally high, but the experience is well worth it.

All the dishes were beautifully presented. Even though it was a set lunch menu, we were treated to an amuse-bouche and a petit four. But above all, the service was very professional. It was discreet and unobtrusive. The value for money was excellent. Thank you very much.

A truly wonderful discovery! This restaurant boasts a magnificent setting in Dijon's historic district. The welcome and service are entirely befitting this Michelin-starred establishment, with attentiveness to every customer's needs. As for the menu, each dish is refined, skillfully combining and balancing regional ingredients. A delightful gastronomic experience, with a team (chef, staff, and dining room) dedicated to customer service in the tradition of Bernard Loiseau.

This dinner was an exceptional experience. The welcome was very professional and attentive, the dishes were excellent, the wine pairing was perfect, and the timing of the dishes was perfect—neither too fast nor too slow.
