I tried Loiseau des Ducs a while ago (I forgot to leave a review), and it's a Michelin-starred restaurant that perfectly lives up to the high standards of fine dining as defined by the Michelin Guide. The restaurant is nestled in the Hôtel de Talmay, a 16th-century building listed as a historical monument. For me, it wasn't just a meal but a true sensory experience. The service is impeccable, the pace is perfect, the flavors are refined, and the ingredients are of exceptional quality. I think it's one of the best first restaurants to discover in Burgundy. The prices are naturally high, but the experience is well worth it.
