Loiseau des Ducs sur Dijon

My boyfriend and I came to celebrate my birthday, we ordered the 3-stroke menu, which according to the waitress was A LOT of food. The dishes took a long time, the service is average, you pay a lot for dishes that taste just ok, nothing memorable. In other words, a €100 menu in which the dishes are barely explained, the quantity is very small. It's not worth the visit, I certainly don't recommend it and I won't be returning. Ps: the egg starter is very good.

Exceptional dishes and quality service

Excellent, but service a little long

We recently dined at Loiseau de Ducs and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food. Every dish we tried was delicious, showcasing the chef’s skill and creativity. From appetizers to desserts, the flavors were outstanding, and we left feeling satisfied. However, I must address some issues with the service. While the food was exceptional, there were notable delays in the administrative aspect of our experience. We waited for the bill for nearly half an hour, which was quite frustrating. When the bill finally arrived, we discovered that all the wine we had ordered was missing from it. It took an additional five minutes for the staff to rectify the error and locate our wine selections. Despite these issues, I appreciate the efforts of the staff in resolving the situation promptly. However, improving the efficiency of administrative tasks, such as bill processing and accurately recording orders, would significantly enhance the overall dining experience.

We had an excellent time, a personalized welcome, a well-orchestrated service and the dishes well presented. The atmosphere is warm and the dishes delicious. All in a beautiful setting.

Very pleasant setting and good taste surprises. However, the service really leaves something to be desired: . The wine list given at the installation but the food list must be requested . Depending on who is serving you, either we present the dishes to you by sublimating them or they are placed haphazardly as I push you . Technical maintenance of amenities needs to be reviewed . Clothing management non-existent

Service hyper long ! Nous avons attendu 1h pour être servi pour le premier plat plus d’une heure et demie pour le deuxième plat !! De plus le service n’est pas fait dans l’ordre des arrivées. Les personnes arrivées plus tard étaient servies avant ! Très décevant pour restaurant gastronomique 1 étoile !!! ! Pour le prix nous ne sommes pas satisfaits. et surtout déçus !

Beau restaurant et repas de qualité, belle vue sur les jardins, je recommande.
