This review concerns only the Sunday brunch. A true oasis of greenery in Aix-en-Provence. The brunch is generous, but the veranda isn't soundproofed. The toilets on the ground floor weren't clean, so we went down to the lower level on the receptionist's advice. Special mention to the caretaker, a cat who lives like royalty in this place.

A magical interlude in the heart of Aix!
My partner and I had the pleasure of discovering the Orangerie restaurant,
and what a revelation! 😍
The welcome perfectly reflects the ambiance: elegant and warm.
We began the festivities with two glasses of Champagne 🥂, perfect to accompany a truly exquisite starter: homemade foie gras with shallot and black fruit chutney.
A perfectly balanced sweet and savory experience.
Next came the one-kilo sea bass roasted on the plancha, served for two. The cooking was exemplary, the flesh just the right amount of firmness, enhanced by a virgin sauce and a sun-drenched seasonal vegetable tian.
A premium product, treated with the utmost respect by the chef.
To finish on a sweet note:
The pure Ghana chocolate is a delight for cocoa lovers, served with hazelnut sorbet and a very original hint of cardamom.
The Madagascar vanilla rice pudding is pure comfort, with the crunch of a gavotte biscuit and an addictive salted caramel.
Thank you to the entire team for this magical moment. The experience remains of impeccable quality. We will gladly return ❤️

I was looking for a hotel, restaurant, and spa in the PACA region with good value for money. I finally found it in my hometown of Aix-en-Provence. It was truly relaxing with excellent service. And what can I say about the restaurant! The breakfast buffet was enormous! You can go without hesitation!

I've been there for stand-up meals several times, but nothing particularly memorable. This was my first time dining in, and I was constantly surprised!
First, the entree:
• Butternut squash, brousse, magret fumé, marron mousseline, acidulé condiments, soy and hazelnut oil vinaigrette
• Roasted butternut squash, ricotta cheese, smoked duck breast, chestnut mousseline, tangy condiments, soy and hazelnut oil vinaigrette
As I took small portions of the roasted pumpkin, ricotta cheese, smoked duck breast, and chestnut mousse with my fork and put them in my mouth, I was struck by the exquisite balance of sweet and salty flavors. The smoky aroma, the creamy texture of the cheese, the light texture of the whipped mousse, and the crunch of the nuts all stood out. The dish was covered in a thin layer of hazelnut oil and vinaigrette dressing with a subtle hint of soy sauce, and the various flavors, textures, and aromas—sweet, salty, and sour—exploded like fireworks in my mouth with slight time lags. It was a first-time experience.
Main Course:
• Slow-cooked pork fillet, lightly seasoned with basil, fennel confit, and sun-dried tomatoes

The low-temperature cooked pork was tender yet juicy. The citrus-infused virgin olive oil added volume and depth of flavor. While there were numerous garnishes, such as the aroma of fennel and sun-dried tomatoes, the pork stood out as the main course. And for dessert:
• Panacotta with tonka bean, crumbled cacao, and poached pear
Tonka bean panna cotta, cocoa crumble, and poached pear. We finished off with an espresso.
It was the Friday before Christmas, and a group of Italians were having a blast at a company end-of-year party, but I was constantly amazed by the complex flavors, aromas, and textures. It was a truly exquisite French meal. Thank you for the meal.

My partner and I had a wonderful weekend. Dinner was excellent, with superb cuisine and top-notch service. The brunch was exceptional, featuring only the finest ingredients, a huge selection of hot and cold dishes, and incredibly friendly staff! The hotel itself was also impeccable. We will definitely be back in the spring!
