A wonderful discovery. A fine bistro-style restaurant where the cuisine is expertly prepared, from the flavors and cooking techniques to the seasonings. Special mention goes to the Reblochon crème brûlée with Reblochon ice cream, a perfectly balanced dish of sweet and savory flavors that paired beautifully with the red wine.

The kitchen is open to view, the dishes are prepared right before your eyes, and they are both beautifully presented and delicious. The bill is quite reasonable, and the value for money is excellent. Another excellent restaurant whose location (along a main road) doesn't hint at just how good the food is. Booked at the last minute on a Saturday at lunchtime, we had a wonderful time at L'Ôtrement.
