Gourmet... They prioritize quality over quantity. The meal was fine, good, sought-after. The staff was professional. The place is beautiful, clean and the atmosphere warm.

A succulent meal with a very good presentation. Too bad we were disturbed 3 times to find out if we were finished. We were talking and we were cut off 3 times. After a while I had to tell them. I've been eating at L'Otrement 5 times now and this is the first time this has happened.

I was looking for a good restaurant for Valentine's Day, I tried: A gem! Little wait despite a full room, the kitchen is open to the room (so no little secrets...). As for the cuisine, we opted for a trout rillette as a starter: Very fresh, tasty, ideal to whet your appetite. Then we ordered a goose breast with morels and chose from five accompaniments a sweet potato puree and a homemade polenta: A delight. Perfect cooking, light and tasty sauce, exquisite mashed sweet potatoes. As for dessert, I opted for a “gourmet cheese” (a few pieces of cheese accompanied by a glass of wine): Nothing to complain about again. My wife opted for a homemade chocolate cake full of flavor. Value for money which I did not find exorbitant in comparison to other restaurants in the region which show off a little for not much. Go there with your eyes closed (but remember to book beforehand, it's very often full).

Refined cuisine, delicate and powerful at the same time. Very good champagne. Fast and discreet service. I recommend.
