We discovered this place to eat sea urchins for our 40th wedding anniversary 💒 and our find lived up to our expectations. A very pleasant seaside setting and a very friendly and smiling team! The meal was fantastic! The sea urchins were prepared to perfection and absolutely delicious! Mixed fish, a beautiful plate of grilled sardines! Perfect desserts... Thank you so much! A wonderful experience! We're so glad we came all the way from the Var region to enjoy this lovely meal!

The interior decor is magnificent. The meal was magnificent. The owners are wonderful! 🤩🤩 Lunch at noon in the upstairs room was pure bliss. I recommend it 100%.

We went there on February 15th, three friends and I. We arrived at noon and didn't leave until after 2:30 pm... and we had to forgo our coffee. The food is plentiful and high quality, the staff friendly and attentive... but... the wait is very (far too) long: two and a half hours for three courses! An extra person to help with the service would be essential!

Not only is it an excellent restaurant, it also sells fish to the public. We've been there on several occasions and seasons, and I can say we really, really love it. The summer terrace overlooks the square, and in the winter there are indoor dining rooms. The service is attentive and meticulous. I've had moule à la crème (le bouchot) everywhere on the French Riviera, but these at L'Oursin are divine. The quality and freshness of the fish are excellent. I can't wait to return in the spring.

We ordered seafood platters over Christmas and New Year's! They were by far the best oysters and shrimp we've ever tasted, unanimously agreed upon by over 15 people! And the drive-through service was efficient! Thank you again and Happy New Year!

We stopped at the place for a quick bite and loved the oysters and shrimp! We ate outside, but also went inside to get a beer - the place is quite beatiful!

26/03/2026: Excellent service. Given how busy it was, we expected a long wait, but not at all! The food was excellent and flavorful. Very good value for money. I highly recommend it.
25/03/2026: Disappointing. The waitress was very sweet - but there was an unclear division of labor - her boyfriend was trying to cover too many tasks - so one felt rushed even though the service was on the slow side…instead of calm and finesse one felt stress and confusion. We ordered cod fritters - an 19 euro appetizer - which came with a very edible small salad. We did not find much evidence of cod in the fritters - perhaps the cook waves a cod over the fritters as they cook. Not a good start - my lamb dish was ok and my wife’s dorade was better - although the sides of mashed potatoes and veggies were a bit boring. Much room for improvement - if they want to…
