24/11/2025: The storefront of this café-restaurant is very simple, like a betting shop, which isn't exactly inviting... Although it is very clean... But what a pleasant surprise! The decor inside transports you back to the 70s, rustic and traditional... It's lively without being too noisy... The service is quaint and old-fashioned... And the traditional cuisine is delicious!!! I thoroughly enjoyed the eggs meurette and the pot-au-feu 😋 I didn't know where to go when I came to Fontainebleau because I was always disappointed... Now I know 👍 A must-try if you like good, classic French cuisine, well-executed, at very reasonable prices! Long may it last 🤓 Thank you 🙏

12/12/2025: A true delight from start to finish! Frédéric Cassel restaurant offers refined cuisine, bursting with flavor and perfectly executed. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, and the service is warm and professional. You can taste the genuine passion in every plate. Special mention goes to the desserts, absolutely sublime and a signature of the house. An address to recommend without hesitation.
