We ordered the Oceane salad, fish tartare, and beef tartare. Excellent. The ingredients are fresh, frankly, there's nothing to complain about, and the young lady serving us was very friendly.

I really enjoy having breakfast here on weekends, and the welcome is always so warm. Having experienced breakfasts and brunches in the United States and Canada, I've always loved this very North American way of making service a truly convivial experience, and not just about placing a plate on a table. A special mention goes to Amélie, who is professional and, above all, genuinely friendly. She takes the time to chat, smiles, and adds that little extra touch of warmth that makes all the difference. In short, she's one of those people who gives you a good reason to come back on the weekend… even when you could easily have your coffee at home.

I went this morning and it was absolutely fantastic. The bartender was super friendly, the drinks were really good and beautifully presented too. It's so nice to receive such a warm welcome, I'll definitely be back!

26/03/2026: Well... This is a well-known bakery and pastry shop in Fontainebleau. The products are good, and the shop is lovely. However, the products are still quite expensive, and the sales staff's service needs improvement, really! You're a high-end bakery; we expect a similar level of service. (They give the impression of being a bother, don't look at customers, and sigh at the slightest question). I don't think I'll be back...

14/06/2026: Despite the crowds (probably because they serve the best croque-monsieur and oat milk lattes, not to mention the delicious Nutella and banana crepe and… excellent pastries 😋🥰🥰🥰 that are worth the wait), the young, smiling, dynamic, and attentive team is supervised by an extremely kind and caring manager. I highly recommend it.
11/06/2026: The young woman serving and working at the till was lovely. The smoothie was very good. Good value for money. The cakes are magnificent, we'll definitely be back to try them, and the croissants are enormous! You can sit inside or on the terrace. There's a carousel right next door!
