I really enjoy having breakfast here on weekends, and the welcome is always so warm. Having experienced breakfasts and brunches in the United States and Canada, I've always loved this very North American way of making service a truly convivial experience, and not just about placing a plate on a table. A special mention goes to Amélie, who is professional and, above all, genuinely friendly. She takes the time to chat, smiles, and adds that little extra touch of warmth that makes all the difference. In short, she's one of those people who gives you a good reason to come back on the weekend… even when you could easily have your coffee at home.

I went this morning and it was absolutely fantastic. The bartender was super friendly, the drinks were really good and beautifully presented too. It's so nice to receive such a warm welcome, I'll definitely be back!

Iphigenia possesses tremendous professionalism, matched only by her excellent customer service skills. I wish her the best of luck in her university studies and, selfishly, hope she stays longer with the bar staff, as she's a breath of fresh air in this rather ordinary establishment. 26/03/2026: Well... This is a well-known bakery and pastry shop in Fontainebleau. The products are good, and the shop is lovely. However, the products are still quite expensive, and the sales staff's service needs improvement, really! You're a high-end bakery; we expect a similar level of service. (They give the impression of being a bother, don't look at customers, and sigh at the slightest question). I don't think I'll be back...

15/07/2026: Visitee during a very hot day and enjoyed the call atmosphere, chilled water and lovely french omlette!
09/05/2026: Been coming here for over 30 years with at least 3 different owners but it has kept its heart as a local bar serving simple but tasty products.
