The dishes are original, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious.
The service is impeccable: the owner and his team are very friendly, and each dish is presented with passion and attention to detail.
A truly delightful experience that inspires you to try new things and encourages you to broaden your horizons.

We went there one evening for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the experience, especially considering the price.
The portions seemed far too small for the price. As for the flavors, we found the dishes rather bland and lacking in character. We were also surprised that there was no option to choose a meat dish, as the menu was exclusively vegetarian that evening.
The combinations of ingredients were original, but personally, we didn't really understand some of them and felt they didn't necessarily work together.
This can, of course, be a matter of taste, but for us, the whole experience was unfortunately quite disappointing, especially given the price.

It's always a huge pleasure to eat at L'Unalôme. We know we won't be disappointed and that we'll discover new flavors ❤️
The cuisine is truly local, with two choices: a vegan option and a vegetarian one (usually with a little cheese in it). Their way of cooking vegetables and combining flavors is incredible. A tremendous amount of work goes into every dish. In short, it's impossible to go wrong!
Plus, the dining room is superb, the terrace is lovely, and the owners are delightful ❤️

We loved this restaurant! Absolutely everything was delicious! In addition to the food being amazing, the restaurant uses organic, local, raw, and ethically sourced ingredients. I will definitely go back and will be happy to recommend it to my friends and family!

I happened upon this restaurant by chance with my family, not knowing it was vegetarian/vegan. We were warmly welcomed and, although slightly skeptical, we ordered all the dishes on offer. They were all exquisite, from appetizer to dessert, and presented in a way that rivaled those of starred restaurants. Great skill and thoughtful attention to flavor combinations and ingredients of different textures. Today, intrigued, I read on the restaurant's website about the concept and values of Thibaut's ambitious project, which I think is extremely successful. Congratulations on everything. It's a shame it's far away, because I would be a regular!
