On Saturday, August 8, 2026, we were received with a kindness we no longer experience (we live in the Alpes-Maritimes department). The dishes were very good, very well presented (both in terms of style and quantity), and we tasted several wines...all excellent, each different but each one superb.
Congratulations to the people who work there, as we felt wonderfully at ease.
Finally, people who love their work, who enjoy human interaction...that's becoming very, very rare.

A truly delightful experience. A superb setting. From the welcome to the seating and order taking, the servers were top-notch. As for the food, a real treat, a discovery of new flavors; I loved it. Bravo! I highly recommend it.

The staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful.
The starters and main courses are original and delicious. The desserts are more traditional but also enjoyable!

Sorry, but you absolutely mustn't miss this restaurant when you're in Besançon. It's an excellent experience! The atmosphere is incredible, warm, and very pleasant. The location is perfect, ideally situated. A big thank you also to the waiter, who was very welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will gladly return!
