Superb address. A friendly setting, a host who welcomes us as at home. Grawlax salmon and duck rillettes as a starter, a real delight.. And then, an andouillette accompanied by a sauce....and an incredible quenelle. And finally, the chef's dessert. In short, everything was perfect. I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed.

The brief initial awkwardness caused by the lack of a common language (our French is insistent) melted away when ordering a bottle of Givry. From that moment on everything went well, including the service times, perfect despite the room being managed by only two people. The place is small, but well used. During the evening it filled up and luckily we had booked, because many customers were turned away. On to dinner: the country terrine, the aubergine with fresh chevre, the Burgundian eggs as a starter were excellent. The same goes for the second courses, quenelles and beef tartare (almost certainly prepared with a knife at home, which is increasingly rare even in France, especially in brasseries that take everything ready-made from wholesalers). To finish, tables of cheeses and creme brulè, perfect. All good, well presented, in the right amount and without frills, as expected from a proper bistro. The bill was reasonable, but with a less demanding wine it would have been really moderate in relation to the quality of the food. For us Italians, the lack of the unfair "cover tax" is always a nice surprise. Passed with full marks.

A problem with one dish was noticed (partly uneaten) and the feedback was sportily accepted by the very attentive and hospitable hostess. The atmosphere was great and the service attentive and fast. Delicious oeuf mayonnaise, escargot and crème brulée!! The lactose-free salad was dry and poorly filled. All in all, quite expensive for €100+

Great time spent on the terrace of this cute restaurant. The view is clear and the street is rather quiet despite the road. The welcome is warm and the dishes are very tasty. The salmon is divine. We tasted excellent eggs meurette and a characterful quenelle. Superb choice of wines. The bill is not heavy. Superb address that I am saving!

Very nice discovery! Dinner with the family in this bistronomic restaurant which offers elaborate dishes, all homemade with fresh and excellent products! We were seated at the central table with high chairs and we were very pleasantly surprised by their comfort. Real armchairs. Relaxed atmosphere and warm welcome from the manager and his daughter. Finally, cherry on the cake, the prices are very reasonable. I recommend this address with my eyes closed

Really great! Quite a few veggie choices too! Great service and great choice of wines. The only small negative point is that it was very hot inside the restaurant.

Fabulous rillettes de canard and quenelles de sandre in lobster sauce. Bourgogne aligote at 16 euro per bottle was lovely and amazingly good value. The chef was very happy to answer questions about the dishes and our waitress was charming. Added bonus of being open on a Sunday evening.

Het gastronomische Michelin ster restaurant is een bistro geworden. Dezelfde kwaliteit eten, maar patron Giles wilde meer gezelligheid, begrepen we van serveerster Juliëtte. Zij spreekt gelukkig niet alleen Frans. Ook voor vegetariërs heel lekker eten, en ook betaalbaar. Vlotte service. Wel reserveren tevoren, want niet zoveel couverts, en niet altijd aan een tafeltje, vaak bar-achtig naast elkaar
