Maison Bor sur Carcassonne

Very warm welcome and excellent service and food. I highly recommend it.

The service is so much more natural, which sets it apart from others.

The welcome is very warm, the terrace is beautiful, and the quality of the food is impeccable; I highly recommend this restaurant.

The Bor menu was very good for the price; the salad had quality ingredients and was well-seasoned, and the daily special, fresh Asian-style tuna tartare, was well-prepared and generous. The panna cotta was nothing special, but I think it was homemade. The service was very attentive and friendly. Everything you'd expect from the professionalism of a good brasserie, for €20. Well done!

Great atmosphere! Thank you to the whole team for your welcome.

Excellent food. Attentive service. I recommend it.

I had a very good meal at Maison Bor; the terrace is very comfortable.

Excellent meal, top-quality service with friendliness and speed, great value for money with a full menu at 19.90. Excellent dish of the day.

Pleasant service. Excellent value for money.

Homemade fries and a well-marinated chicken skewer, delicious duck confit (and its accompaniments), good lemon cream, and a very warm welcome as well. You rarely get such pleasant surprises in touristy areas like this.
