October 2025 - We tried to go back, but we were informed that the owner had passed away and the restaurant was permanently closed. How sad... This restaurant was a gem! • • • • • We're glad to see that this restaurant is still open. Our visit in April 2019 (see photo) left us with very fond memories of the place. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic! A great place to escape to when the weather is cold! We will definitely return in September 2025, during our next planned trip to Carcassonne!

17/07/2026: On July 14th at noon, a simple but tasty menu; excellent fresh fruit salad!!
16/06/2026: Lunch on a Tuesday. We ordered the set menu. The service was quick and the portions were generous; a special mention goes to the chocolate mousse, which was extra substantial compared to what you usually see. A restaurant frequented by regulars, which is generally a good sign!
