Having visited many times, I've always received excellent service in the tea room attached to the shop, even though it can sometimes be quite crowded. As a treat, you can try their delicious homemade hot chocolate featuring Miot's signature products.

A wonderful time spent at the Maison Francis Miot tea room. Thank you to Manon and Jules for the service! I received a very warm welcome, and it was a great opportunity to discover the sweet specialties of Pau. I tried their Raspberry-Yuzu Dome, which was excellent! Highly recommended!!

I really like the jams from this shop, and it was a must-stop every time I went to Pau, but I won't be buying any more. The last two times I've been, some of the jams have gone moldy after only a week in the refrigerator. Even my mother-in-law's homemade jams never have that problem, and they don't contain any preservatives. I always used to stop by and buy about 10 large jars and a few small ones to try and give away. Well, I won't be going anymore. What a shame.

Don't miss it! A truly delightful experience! The shop is beautifully designed and makes you want to buy everything. The restaurant area is very attractively laid out with a magnificent view, the service is very welcoming, and the dishes are delicious, both visually and gastronomically! Thank you!!!

22/07/2026: Ideally located, Le Dauphin offers fish and seafood dishes that stand out in the Béarn region's duck-centric culture. And it's a triumph. Chef Zian Bodou delights us with magnificent sauces that perfectly complement the scallops or sole. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the waitresses are very attentive to their customers' well-being. The terrace, currently being renovated, promises to be a refreshing spot right by the fountain. In short, we had a wonderful time at a reasonable price. If you love fish, don't hesitate.
13/07/2026: We came to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday and were greeted by the smiling and professional Auriane. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The fish and seafood were divine. The scallops were exceptional. And we had a lovely chat with the owner, Zian, who clearly has a passion for sharing his cuisine and his choice of ingredients. A truly wonderful experience, and we can't wait to come back!

21/07/2026: Without any hesitation! 👍 I highly recommend this bistro where I went for lunch today with my son. It's true that my Pyrenees trout wasn't the freshest of the bunch, but all I had to do was mention it to the waiter, and he exchanged it without any fuss or argument! Yum, yum, that trout was so good! (It can happen in this heat). We also thoroughly enjoyed the refreshing watermelon and tomato soup. My son was very happy with the duck, which was cooked perfectly and served with homemade fries. To finish: two tiramisu with red berries and pistachios...a pure delight! Despite the slight hiccup with the first trout, I highly recommend it, both for your taste buds, which will be thrilled, and for your wallet!
