I had a small salmon sandwich meal deal; it was excellent. The salmon was high quality, the bread was very good, and the plain flan on a delicious puff pastry base was a real treat. A quality bakery, which is great, and at a very reasonable price. All in all, a bakery that makes us happy.

The best bakery in Dijon (in my opinion), all the baked goods are incredibly delicious and, above all, very reasonably priced. The staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly! Definitely worth a visit!

First, my "hello ladies" went unanswered. Then, of my three pastries, one seemed to be from the day before, and the shortbread with roasted almonds was the same. Finally, the traditional baguette seemed a bit pricey, and I kept my "have a nice day" to myself as well. In short, I'll be going elsewhere next time.

Frémont has worked this corner of 23 rue Verrerie since 1998. Patrick Frémont trained at the CFA de Longvic and keeps the ovens in view, a quiet statement of craft. The shop featured in 2017 on M6’s La Meilleure Boulangerie de France and, in 2022, received the first “Savoir-faire 100% Côte-d’Or” plaque for committed local sourcing. Breads run from daily loaves to pain à l’Époisses; pâtisserie fills the glass cases. Our Parcours Breakfast: chocolate éclair, tartelette au cassis and tartelette aux noix with hot chocolate. Tasty, though lighter choux and tart cases would better balance the fillings. A strong 7.5/10.

Stopped by this boulangerie/pâtisserie for a quick snack. I tried La Figue, which was beautifully presented but overwhelmingly sweet, you get a sugar rush within the first two bites. The strawberry éclairs were also a bit disappointing, as the strawberries tasted frozen.
On the other hand, the sandwiches were quite good and tasted fresh. Overall, I’d recommend this place more for its savory options rather than its sweet pastries.
