Where to begin? We could say it was perfect already, but if you want more details, let's get to it! In October 2025, my husband and I decided to get married! And because we like a challenge, we added the words "surprise" and "in three months" right away. This didn't scare Thomas and his team at all; they supported us and embraced the challenge wholeheartedly! They took the time to prepare our menu with us (a perfect cocktail hour and cold buffet—but I already told you, it was perfect!), thought of all our guests (vegetarian, pork-free), and were incredible during the reception: warm, smiling, accommodating, perfect (we always come back to that...). One telling detail: the children devoured the fresh vegetables during the cocktail hour—yes, they devoured broccoli! What more can we say, except that we'd happily get married a second time, just to enjoy those endless petits fours again, just to savor the delicious, melt-in-your-mouth meats, just to experience the wonderful atmosphere of everyone who shared that beautiful January day with us! You'll definitely see us again in the shop, to remind you how... perfect it all was!

My first order was placed by phone: I wanted pigeons for Christmas Eve. They offered them boned? Yes, with pleasure. Stuffed? Why not indeed… They were ready on the appointed day, at the appointed time, vacuum-sealed, all I had to do was put them in the oven. They were excellent! Plump pigeons, a delicious fig stuffing, everyone loved them, and this time, I really took it easy for Christmas 👍
