14/10/2024: I arrived in the city center late, it was close to 10 p.m., I hadn't reserved anything, and the restaurant agreed to serve me a main course and a dessert, without the starter. I accepted the deal without regret. Even without the starter, I was served 2 small toasts with dried duck breast, enough to whet my appetite for what comes next. The duck breast cooked with porcini mushrooms and seasonal vegetables was a treat. The squash puree and parsnip puree were particularly good. And they were real porcini mushrooms, present in numbers, perfect for a fan like me. As for dessert, I ordered the one of the moment, the soft chocolate-chestnut, and I was served an incredible plate with various coulis, all delicious (almonds, salted butter caramel, passion fruit, red fruits), homemade whipped cream, a scoop of ice cream and its crunchy tile and of course the soft treat while still warm.
