If you want to eat Italian food without any fuss or frills, like your nonna used to make, look no further than Mamma Osteria in Lyon. It's a small, intimate restaurant with a real Neapolitan chef. The food is top-notch; I've had the best polpete there ever. The service is lovely, and I highly recommend it.

An excellent Italian restaurant! The welcome is warm and genuine; you feel right at home. The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and great skill. The pasta is perfectly cooked, the pizzas have a thin and flavorful crust, and the desserts are to die for. The service is quick and attentive, even when the restaurant is full. A great place to recommend without hesitation! Kudos to the whole team at Mamma Osteria!

Superb pizzeria! 🍕
The welcome and service were truly pleasant.
La Regina deserves a solid 9/10 😋
The basil pasta was excellent, a very pleasant surprise.
For desserts, there were only two choices (tiramisu and panna cotta). I tried the tiramisu: very good, light, and effortless to eat.
The atmosphere, meanwhile, is both cozy and warm.
I highly recommend it 👍

We had lunch at Mamma Osteria and were delighted with the overall service. The pizzas are of high quality. You can tell they are made with fresh ingredients! The chef, seeing that we wanted to remove an ingredient from the pizza, even offered to exchange it for other ingredients, keen to keep some of the flavor! Thank you for this impeccable, fast and friendly service. I highly recommend 🙏🏼❤️
