Mixed experience regarding the drinks bill.
We accepted a bottle of sparkling water, but its price of €10 wasn't clearly stated when we ordered. We later noticed that three bottles had been charged in total, even though we hadn't explicitly requested the additional two.
We discovered the total of €30 when we looked at the bill. We would have appreciated it if the price had been stated more clearly and if each additional bottle had been offered before being served.
The service and the meal were excellent, but this lack of transparency somewhat marred our experience.

Excellent restaurant, we had a wonderful time! The food was truly excellent, and the wine expert was fantastic, offering great advice and a very pleasant manner. Special mention also goes to a smiling, funny, and warm waitress who really contributed to making the experience even better.
The only minor point for improvement: regarding the sparkling water, we were refilled with several bottles without fully understanding that they would be charged at €10 each. A little clarification when refilling or regarding the price would have been appreciated.
Nevertheless, it was a very enjoyable experience, and we will gladly return. 5 stars!

It's always a pleasure to return to Mantel, which has maintained its welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and superb cuisine since its beginnings over 20 years ago.
I never go to Cannes without having dinner there.

A truly exceptional restaurant! Creative cuisine with outstanding product quality and beautifully balanced flavors. Every dish was not only visually appealing but also tasted absolutely perfect.

This is one of the best restaurants in Cannes. The raviolis homard (lobster ravioli - homemade) are a signature dish that I love. And the lamb is gorgeous.
Must go. Service is very good. The sommeliere knows everything about wine.

A truly friendly, dedicated, and competent team.
Some of the food was truly excellent (e.g., the lobster tortellini), while other parts were just "okay" (e.g., the bread or the beef fillet).
The wine recommendation was perfect; the suggested wine was exactly right and very reasonably priced.
I wasn't completely blown away, but I would definitely give the restaurant another chance because the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly.

The restaurant is beautiful and very welcoming. The service was also top-notch: all the servers were pleasant, attentive, and helpful.
As for Noël Mantel's cuisine, it's simply incredible! A wonderful discovery that I highly recommend.
I spent a lovely birthday there with my father, and we enjoyed every bite from beginning to end.
Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience!
