Atypical Japanese restaurant where you serve yourself directly on a conveyor belt. Well, you just have to arrive at the beginning of the service and not at the end to have a quantity of choice. The staff is helpful; you can easily order hot meals from them. The cold dishes are prepared in front of you (you can clearly see the freshness of the products). You just have to be careful of the stack of plates that rise very easily in front of you but that's the principle. It’s efficient and fast.

I ordered Matsuri from rue du Bac in the 7th on ubereats this Sunday evening.
- Quality guaranteed, particularly on handroll sushi
- Excellent customer service, ubereats had forgotten part of the order and by just calling the restaurant, the team sent what was missing in less than 5 minutes. Very friendly on the phone and very professional!
- Plus a chocolate cake and strawberries to apologize for the mistake on the order, really great Matsuri team, thank you!!
- Much better since the card change, it's really obvious how the quality has improved!

The restaurant is very nice! The concept with the conveyor belts is great, you also have the possibility of ordering with the waiters or from a QR Code present at each table/location!
The cuisine is good and creative, the salmon sashimi is very good, and we fell in love with the chicken and leek skewers!
The service was mixed, because unfortunately the site didn't work for me, and I had to wait for my order for a while but nothing serious!

A rotating sushi restaurant, the choice is varied and the food is very good! I recommend the skewers. Unfortunately the service is not up to par: long wait for hot dishes ordered from the telephone despite the low influence in the restaurant. Be careful if you order a dessert from your phone, the kitchen does not receive the information and you can always wait... Please indicate on the site!

Food was ok by sushi standards. Service was severely lacking. Never received a drink. The servers never came back to ask if we needed anything else after the first time. The app was glitchy and everything was in French so it was difficult to navigate.
