A true gem! The welcome and service at Villa Matuzia are simply impeccable: professionalism, attentiveness, and a perfect knowledge of wines and dishes, always presented with precision. The home-style cooking is remarkable, bursting with flavor, using high-quality, seasonal ingredients that make all the difference. A must-visit for lovers of fine food and true culinary expertise. Bravo and a huge thank you! My only regret: not going more often!

Excellent restaurant with wonderful flavors, refined and sophisticated cuisine. The only downside is that the restaurant chairs are very uncomfortable and should be removed quickly.

Having lived in the area for over ten years, I've walked past this restaurant countless times without ever really paying it any attention. I finally had the chance to discover it in November, and it was undoubtedly my best surprise of 2025, both in terms of the food and the ambiance itself. From the moment you step inside, you feel like you're entering a home, a guesthouse... William gave us a warm welcome. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy, enhanced by a huge fireplace that creates a truly enveloping ambiance. The limited number of tables contributes to this feeling of comfort and tranquility. As for the food, I chose seasonal dishes, all absolutely fabulous. From the appetizer to the dessert, I loved everything. A true culinary discovery. I especially want to thank William, who guided us through this dinner with a genuine passion for the ingredients and dishes he presented. His enthusiasm made you want to follow his recommendations without hesitation. I highly recommend this place; it has a truly magical atmosphere. An address not to be missed. And a big thank you to the chef who was kind enough to come and introduce himself and make sure everything was going well.

A truly wonderful discovery of this place steeped in history. An authentic, intimate setting, near a crackling fireplace. The welcome was equally warm and professional. The "2 Williams," the Chef and the Restaurant Manager, both worked together to ensure we had a pleasant, delicious, and indulgent experience. The Chef shared his seasonal inspirations and offered us an interpretation of cuisine rich in flavor and emotion. The attention paid to service and our well-being was truly appreciated. We particularly enjoyed our time at Villa Matuzia and will definitely return to explore the rest of the menu.

We came to eat as a group of 4, this establishment is an institution in Agay, the food is very good, the Chef came into the dining room to thank us at the end of the meal, however the friendliness of the waiter needs to be reviewed, this was the only inconvenience of our entire meal.

Quality ingredients, delicious, inventive cuisine, and beautifully presented dishes. A superb culinary masterpiece from a discreet and highly skilled chef. The server is also exceptional: welcoming, attentive, and caring. Elegant and cheerful. I highly recommend this restaurant.
