Excellent experience at this McDonald's. The order was brought to the table very quickly after ordering at the kiosk, and most importantly, the food was hot, even though I ate there recently. A big plus!

Terrible because all the McDonald's in Lyon have out-of-order bathrooms. Scandalous, especially for children. The guys are excellent, very kind.

28/03/2026: A huge thank you to Jamel, who provides excellent service. Every welcome makes the experience unforgettable.
28/03/2026: Good, quick, and clean. The only downside is that a lot of young people hang around the back of McDonald's without ordering anything and make a mess. It's always been like this, and nobody ever says anything. It's a shame because sometimes it makes you not want to eat there, despite the good service, etc.

05/03/2026: Good for a quick stop, reasonable prices compared to restaurants in similar locations (shopping malls, train stations, airports, etc.). The service, however, could be improved, perhaps with more smiles. :)
