McDonald's sur Rennes

I stopped by this evening; I'm a regular and it's always nice to come here. The staff is incredibly friendly. What's more, tonight a customer made a huge fuss about his order, but the manager stayed calm. I even took the time to go and congratulate him after I ate!

Good evening, I visited this afternoon on my way between Cholet and Rennes. What a pleasant surprise to find a McDonald's that delivers! A perfect Big Mac (and I'm not exaggerating because in Cholet they're the best), top-notch fries, and very well seasoned. And above all, thank you for the restrooms! 👍🏻 For me, nothing to complain about. I like this kind of McDonald's. Simple and efficient.

An absolutely unforgettable experience at McDonald's. The concept of "fast food" is revisited with great audacity: you rediscover the value of time while waiting for your order long enough to almost learn a new language. The fries were served at a very artistic temperature, somewhere between lukewarm and nostalgic for hot. The burger was assembled with remarkable creativity: some ingredients had clearly decided to embark on an adventure outside the bun. The drink was just as original, with a very subtle taste of water lightly flavored with soda, probably to encourage us to stay hydrated without excess sugar. The ice cream, on the other hand, was fascinating: a magnificent exercise in patience, since you first had to check if the machine had decided to work that day. When it finally arrived, it was a true scientific surprise. Special mention goes to the play area, a veritable adventure course where children can develop their immune system in contact with a very… authentic environment. And the tables clearly show that the place is very popular: the marks left by previous customers almost give the impression of sharing a communal meal. In short, five stars without hesitation for this unique experience that transforms a simple meal into a true human adventure.

McDonald's Saint-Grégoire is decent overall. The service is fairly quick and the staff courteous. However, the cleanliness of the dining area could be improved.

Great McDonald's. One of the cleanest I've ever been to. We were served super fast and something was hot (that's rare).

After several complaints about the less-than-ideal night service, I see that my complaints have been taken into account and that there has been a clear improvement in service. Thank you!

The food was acceptable, the staff courteous, but it was far too crowded and the wait was very long.

Nice place, but the food is mostly served lukewarm or cold. That's a shame.
