5 stars just for the guy on the phone, he deserves the Legion of Honour. We had a problem with our order, he fixed it within 5 minutes, very professional and efficient, he should own this McDonald's.

I usually spend a fortune there, so I can't very well criticize it. I love this place, I feel comfortable there, and I have a real passion for the McDonald's sandwich.
Generally speaking, I recommend it to all my fellow foodies!

The staff are all in uniform, except for a few people who also handle and take orders to the dining area… Is hygiene just a matter for the team members?
These people, who seem to be managing or part of the supervisory team, appear to be completely unconcerned. I find this extremely shocking: we don't know where they've been, whether they've been outside, taken out the trash, or even just come from home, and yet they're handling burgers that we're going to eat. Meanwhile, the other team members have returned from work with the required protective equipment and hygiene measures! It's really more than it used to be.

A huge congratulations! I was born with McDonald's and I've never received such a warm welcome; the whole team was so attentive, it was truly delightful!

I'm simply sharing my experience from Saturday, February 7th.
There's a real lack of professionalism; it's unacceptable to wait an hour for an order.
The staff were at their wits' end, with tense exchanges with some customers who were unhappy about waiting an hour for their orders and were demanding refunds.
There was a lack of organization; when I picked up my order, it had been ready for at least 30 minutes, and I received it 30 minutes later, cold.
I was served a chocolate dessert when I wanted caramel; nothing matched what I ordered.
I understand that this isn't an easy job, but without organization and with a staff shortage, it leads to unhappy customers, which is perfectly understandable.
Personally, I think that if an order requires an hour's wait, the least you can do is inform customers as soon as you're aware of it so that everyone can make the necessary arrangements.

We had a great hangover at McDonald's. The service was quick and the food was nice and warm.
The waitresses were friendly: we got ketchup very quickly.
The outdoor trash can is perfect for a little vomit, although you have to be careful to aim properly.
We were a bit cold. Maybe we were tired?
The good news is that I was able to keep the nuggets despite my massive hangover.
The other customers were sad and not very fun. It spoiled the atmosphere.
We recommend this place!!
