McDonald's sur Rennes

A McDonald's that doesn't meet customer expectations. Cleanliness (of the tables and restrooms) needs improvement. Regarding the cleanliness of the restrooms, it's worth noting that users don't respect the facilities. As for the food, a huge disappointment (undercooked fries, lukewarm and tasteless burgers). Despite the sign inside, the student discount wasn't applied. The staff's response: it doesn't apply during the holidays, and they should have taken the sign down a while ago. No compensation was offered. Stock management needs improvement: they were out of pain au chocolat. We were offered a croissant instead. When they were out of croissants, they came back and offered us a donut. A major disappointment. The only positive point was the friendliness of the employee who served us.

Even with the Offer, the quality was not great, the services v good, the manager with white shirt was very helpful and kind.

A very good experience at McDonald's! The service is quick and efficient, even during busy times, which is much appreciated. Orders are generally well-prepared and served hot, adhering to the brand's standards. The restaurant is clean and well-organized, with generally welcoming and professional staff. The space allows for comfortable dining in, and the self-service kiosks make paying much easier. It's a good option for a quick, convenient, and affordable meal, whether alone or with friends. I recommend it for the speed of service and the consistent quality of the experience.

We accidentally left a grill (a gold tooth) on the tray and then left. Thirty minutes after clearing our table, we realized we'd left it there. We went back to ask if they'd found it, but they didn't know anything about it. They asked for our number in case they found it. When we left, we were sure they weren't going to search through the trash or the sink just for a fake tooth. Then, an hour later, they called us back to say they'd found it, so we were able to get our item back, which was very kind of them. The staff was very friendly and kind.

The experience was relatively pleasant until I tried to claim the student offer (a free sundae, small shake, or 6 nuggets with the purchase of a Maxi Best Of Meal). I forced myself to order the larger meal just to take advantage of the offer… Imagine my surprise when I went to collect my reward: the manager flatly refused, claiming that I had to order or pay at the counter, not at the kiosk. This "detail" isn't mentioned anywhere. Faced with my confusion, this person displayed a complete lack of tact, business sense, and politeness, ruining the work of the rest of the team, who were otherwise pleasant. Such rigid and unpleasant management just makes you want to run away. I won't be back.

5 stars just for the guy on the phone, he deserves the Legion of Honour. We had a problem with our order, he fixed it within 5 minutes, very professional and efficient, he should own this McDonald's.

I usually spend a fortune there, so I can't very well criticize it. I love this place, I feel comfortable there, and I have a real passion for the McDonald's sandwich. Generally speaking, I recommend it to all my fellow foodies!

The staff are all in uniform, except for a few people who also handle and take orders to the dining area… Is hygiene just a matter for the team members? These people, who seem to be managing or part of the supervisory team, appear to be completely unconcerned. I find this extremely shocking: we don't know where they've been, whether they've been outside, taken out the trash, or even just come from home, and yet they're handling burgers that we're going to eat. Meanwhile, the other team members have returned from work with the required protective equipment and hygiene measures! It's really more than it used to be.

A huge congratulations! I was born with McDonald's and I've never received such a warm welcome; the whole team was so attentive, it was truly delightful!
