24/09/2024: Everything was perfect, the room, the meal, the service, the spa. We had a very good weekend and recommend the place

24/09/2024: one night stay with day at yonaguni spa the next day. beautiful establishment, warm and cordial welcome. fairly small room, overcrowded decor, narrow bathroom and glass door leaving little privacy to go to the toilet. the spa included in the hotel is limited. pretty swimming pool, some saunas and hammam, nice decoration. the tour is completed in one hour. we left the space because of the high level of chlorine in the water and air, severely irritating our eyes and respiratory tract. aperitif at the hotel bar in a beautiful atmosphere, cozy and warm space, pleasant and very professional waiters. meal in the small Alsatian room near the entrance. server alone to ensure the entire room having to manage the orders, the service and the dishes. the dishes were excellent but the sequence was extremely fast leaving little time to digest a few minutes…. day at yonaguni spa the next day: it’s very beautiful, modern, a bit cold in the atmosphere. the large indoor swimming pool is only equipped with a few jets all around it. It’s a shame it’s the only quiet place in the spa. the maze is extremely noisy, the jets fall on you, splash in your eyes and cause a deafening noise in the high corridors of the spa. once again the chlorine content was unbearable. After an hour again we had irritated eyes, a headache and we left the place feeling nauseous. the jamal sauna area is very good, the places are clean and pleasant. in conclusion: our first spa where we left the place after an hour each time and where we returned worse than when we arrived. we will not return there.
