McDonald's sur Obernai

Following my initial review, I returned and I must point out a significant improvement. The team was very responsive and attentive. It's encouraging! I won't hesitate to raise my rating if this level of service continues. 🙂 (Previous review below) Poor organization!!

Clean restaurant. We had a very friendly waitress. The hamburger wasn't always hot, which was a shame.

I found a hair in my Big Arch burger, so...

Well, it's McDonald's, what else can you say? The burger was alright, but the fries were cold and the place wasn't very clean.

I came on Wednesday the 1st in the evening, a little late before closing time, knowing it's often very busy at that time. I had a slightly complicated order with boxes of nuggets, but everything was handled very quickly. The staff warned us there would be a slight wait since it was almost closing time and they were running low on nuggets. The manager even came to apologize and offered us desserts to make up for the wait, which was very professional. In the end, we didn't need them, because in less than three minutes, we had already received our order at the drive-thru. The fries were good, as were the potato wedges. We also tried the Infinity Stars, the new product, and they were good. This is the second time I've seen this manager, and both times, everything went very smoothly. Thank you very much. I didn't ask for your name, but maybe I will next time.

We came on Easter Sunday with my children and ordered several meals. We were served very quickly, the service was impeccable, and the dining area was very clean. It was really appreciated. We were even offered chocolates, which was a very kind gesture. I’ve never seen that anywhere else, especially in a McDonald’s. Thanks to the manager on duty that day for this initiative, even though we didn’t get to see her as she was probably busy managing the team. The food was great: hot, crispy fries, and well-prepared sandwiches. Thank you very much for this experience, we will gladly come back.

We came on Monday, March 30th, around 7 pm, and everything went very well. With the children, we even got to try a little sample of the Infinity Stars, which was nice. The manager came to ask us if we had enjoyed our meal and took the time to walk around the dining room chatting with the other customers, even though it was full. It was very thoughtful. Despite the crowd, we were served quite quickly. It was really great, thank you to the whole team.

Quick and complete Click & Ready order! The food was hot, generously filled, the fries were hot, and sauces and napkins were included in the bag. The parking lot was clean and spacious, with two accessible parking spaces. The staff was friendly and helpful. Well done! I highly recommend this McDonald's restaurant.
